To confirm is required a 30% of the stay as DEPOSIT. The reservation will be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 20 days from the date of the contract proposal.
The down payment, once received, automatically confirms the reservation and requires the tenant to accept the rental general rules and conditions.
In case of cancellation of the booking the deposit will not be repaid.

The BALANCE AMOUNT must be settled on arrival with:
- Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard)
- Cash (please note cash payment legal restrictions)
In case of delayed arrival or earlier departure will be charged the total amount of the whole period indicated in the booking.
For guests who, within the period of 24 hours do not occupy the rented apartment without giving any notification, are considered as "no show guests”.
At the arrival will be request the payment of the tourist tax and a deposit of € 100,00 in cash.
The deposit will be returned on departure day after an accurate check of the flat and in particular of breakages, missing objects due to you or other our rights to compensation.
The deposit will be kept in case that our clients leave non-washed crockery or damages.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Seasonal opening: from May to September
Check-in: apartments and parking spaces are available from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Please inform the Aparthotel in case of any lateness via phone.
Check-out: apartments and parking must be left no later than 10 a.m.
From 15/05 to 15/09 arrivals and departures are carried out only on Saturday.
Free arrivals and departures only during low season.
For stays less than 3 nights there will be an extra surcharge of 20%.
Any change of the number of the persons occupying the apartment must be previously agreed with the reception.
The Management reserves itself the right, in case of unexpected problems, to change the apartment with another one which has nearby the same characteristics. We take on consideration the number, the floor, the position, etc. of the apartment, but we cannot assure you to provide it.
Management is not responsible for any accidents or incidents occurring to people who for whatever reason should be within the Aparthotel without authorisation.
The Guests undertake to respect the rules and procedure of the Ashanti, as well as visitors or relatives.
Staff: it is authorized to enter daily for the cleaning of the apartments or for any repair and maintenance, also during your absence.
Complaints: any complaints must be notified within 24 hours of arrival.
Daily cleaning: from 09:00 to 12:30. The service is not guaranteed if the apartment is not free in that time slot or if guests leave the key/card inserted (=occupied–do not disturb).
Rest-time: from 23:00 to 08:00 and from 13:00 to 15:30 please avoid any noise that could disturb other residents.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments and inside the hotel.
Swimming-pool: opening hours from 09:00 to 19:00. Each apartment has 2 sun-beds but it is not allowed to reserve them with towels or other personal properties. It is strictly forbidden the use of fins, to play ball or to spring in the water. For your safety we recommend not to run and not to walk barefoot.
Damage: guests are responsible for any absence or damage happened to the objects inside the apartments during their stay.
The Management is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from the missed observance of this regulation.
